City church is lead by a team of men and women elders who oversee the church and have responsibility for various aspects of church life.

Malcolm & Trish Morgan
Malc is the fulltime pastor of City Church and team leader of the eldership.
He is on the teaching team and also is a director of the coffee shop Common Grounds.
Trish provides part time pastoral support and oversees music, media and communication in the church. Trish also runs a cell and leads worship.

Malc and Trish relocated from Johannesburg S.Africa to take up their current roles.  They have previously been involved with City Church over the years and worshipped here in the early 90’s when they lived in Belfast for 3years.  They have been married for 25 years and have twins, Aaron & Freya, who are currently at university in England. 

Stephen & Kathy McCrory 
Stephen and Kathy are both elders.
Stephen oversees the mission department, welcome teams and Healing Grounds. He is also on the teaching team of the church.
Kathy oversees all the children's church activities. She also has HR responsibility.

They have been married for 23 yrs and have 2 children, Faye & Peter.

Tony is an elder and is involved in pastoral ministry and co-leads a cell. Kathy co-leads a cell and is mainly involved in childrens church activities.
Both are involved in Healing Grounds teams.

They have been married for 7 years and have 2 young children, Katie  & Ethan.

Gavin & Debbie Crooks
Gavin is an elder, oversees the worship teams and helps co-ordinate activities such as church camp and outreach programmes like Tag rugby.
Debs is a part time bookkeeper for the church. She is also part of our finance team and liaises with our building management team also.

They have been married for 16 years, and have 3 children Conor , Jacob & Ella - all at local schools .

The Advice Council

The Advice Council provide a sounding board and advice as and when the Elders need it.  This can be sought on all manner of issues including theology, morality, legality, etc. The council has a membership of both city church, and non-city-church people.
