We are very privileged to have an award winning coffee shop on our premises.

Common Grounds café was born out of a desire to reach beyond our 4 walls into the immediate community and create a space where people could meet, enjoy wonderful food and great coffee .

The café opened in 2004 and it was the giving of our church plus grants that made this dream a reality. These days it is a busy hub and well known throughout the city.  It continues to be a meeting place for many, staying open till 10pm weekdays and hosting many events and regular live music nights.

Besides the obvious benefits of using fairtrade products, Common Grounds goes beyond most businesses giving away all its profits to charities.
